Message of condolences and Sorrow.

To all Caprivians at home and in exile, it is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that
Mr Alfred Tawana Matengu, the vice president of the United Democratic party (UDP) has
been murdered by the occupation and annexation police while in their prison in Namibia.

He is a hero who dedicated his life and fought for the Independence and freedom of the
Caprivi Strip. We shall miss him greatly..

To his family please accept our sincere condolences to all relatives. Your sorrow is ours too.

May his soul rest in peace and quiet blessings.
